1. General Overview

At Neverno Allied Services Pvt Ltd, we strive to ensure a seamless experience across all our digital platforms, including our enterprise software and consumer-facing applications. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

2. NeverQ App (Food Ordering)

The NeverQ app facilitates real-time food ordering for corporate and campus environments to ensure zero waiting time and rapid service preparation. Because preparation begins immediately upon order placement, we maintain a strict policy regarding food orders.

Failed Transactions: If a payment is deducted from your bank account or wallet, but the order is not confirmed in the NeverQ app due to a network or server issue, you must immediately inform the site manager or cashier on duty. Following this, please send an email to info@neverno.in with a screenshot of the deducted payment attached. Once we receive and verify this information, we will process your refund.

3. Enterprise Software & ERP Solutions

For our B2B solutions (CMMS Apps, Audit ERP, HR & Finance ERP, and the DigiServe ecosystem), billing and payments are governed by the specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contracts signed with the respective corporate client or educational institution.

Standard subscription fees, setup charges, and licensing fees for our enterprise tools are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the client's master service agreement.

4. In-App Wallets and Rewards

Any cashback, promotional credits, or reward points earned within the NeverQ app or associated platforms hold no cash value, cannot be encashed, and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
